1. The Annual General Meeting will be held before the end of November each year
2. A Special General Meeting may be called by a two-thirds majority vote of the Committee
3. Subscriptions will become due on 1st January and are to be paid before 31st March (when membership will cease)
4. The Committee has the power to suspend any member found to have brought the name of the Club into disrepute
5. Minors are not eligible for Membership. Minors may participate in Club activities only if accompanied by a parent or other responsible adult.
